Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All items are shipped first class mail via US Postal Service with tracking included.  Priority Mail is also an option upon checkout.  Please note that Priority Mail does not impact the amount of time it takes to actually make your order - it will impact only the actually shipping.

Will I get any shipping or tracking information for my order?

Yes!  All orders include tracking information which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order is ready to be shipped.

 Do you offer international shipping?

International orders are reviewed on a case by case basis to ensure that the country being shipped to meets certain criteria, as defined to their import laws.  Buyers are responsible are responsible for any import, duties or local taxes levied by the country to which the item is shipped.  As Bonny Jewelry is unable to advise what this amount may be, please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.  International orders (outside of the US) can take a longer period of time to receive as the item(s) will need to clear customs.  I cannot be responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Returns

While I hope that you absolutely love your new piece (or pieces!) of jewelry, I understand that shopping online can be difficult since you can't actually hold the item. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it to arrange for a return.  All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Once received, a full refund for the item will be issued. Tracking numbers are encouraged for all returned packages to  ensure that they make their way safely back to me. If the item is not returned in its original condition/packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged cannot be refunded, so it is recommended that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non-refundable).  Please use the contact form on this site to arrange for your return.

Personalized items (items with names and/or initials) are not returnable as they have been customized for the buyer. 

How long does it take to get my refund?

All returns are processed upon receipt.  Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount and posted to your account once your return has been processed.
